Before you get going on a Monday, read your Reclaro 1-3-5® to reconnect with your Vision.

Completion dates for your team’s Reclaro 1-3-5® plans should all be the same.

Delegating a goal to a team member means their plan and yours become aligned.

Every Core Objective should have a clear and measurable outcome.

Focus on aiming for 9% progress each month on a 12-month plan.

Goals should be thought of as stepping stones to reaching your Core Objectives.

Having the Reclaro® web app on your mobile home screen saves time logging in.

Inject some feeling in your Vision; it should be your 12-month ‘burning desire’.

Milestones are a great way to break down your goals; ticking them off moves the percentage completed on your goal dial.

Notes added to your very important tasks (VITs) mean you can keep all your thoughts for that task in one place.

Overdue VITs can be found in your ‘Forgot Something’ tab; you can add them back into your current week’s plan.

Pause once a week for some quality thinking time and review what’s working (and what’s not); 5-10 minutes is enough to start with.

Quantify the results you want to see in your goals with clear measures, so they’re more than just wishes.

Remember on Fridays to use the ‘end my week’ section to reflect on how you’ve been getting on.

Share your plan – if you’re the business leader – with your mentor, wife or chairman, so they can hold you accountable.

VITs are great for working towards your milestones and goals; as guide, aim for three VITs per working day.

Weekly outcome gives you a short-term target to focus on that gives you momentum towards hitting your goals.

X-ray vision would be useful, but having a transparent view of your team’s progress is the next best thing.

Your VIT backlog can be used as a holding pen where you can dump tasks and, when you’re ready, drag and drop them to the day you want to complete them.

Zen is the level you’ll achieve when your whole team is aligned and working towards your Vision and the big goals the business wants to achieve.
