After 20 years in customer service and retail management, I decided to retrain for a complete change of career. I completed a degree at Sunderland University while working in a comprehensive school on the path to teaching English. But life had other plans and I took a break when I had my (surprise) baby. I then had the opportunity to begin working for Reclaro as part of an exciting new team delivering exceptional service to help teams and businesses be their best! I’m here at Reclaro in our invoicing and accounts department to ensure our customers get A* service.

I am a wife and mother, I enjoy cooking (with a glass of wine in hand!) trying new things (recently blacksmithing and hot air ballooning) I love the sun, long walks and dancing to cheesy 80’s songs!
