With over 30 years of experience in a sales environment, I have gained a sound understanding of what success looks like. Building processes, applying strategy and fine-tuning to create an effective sales pipeline. I believe knowledge is key, and focus is power.

I have been fortunate to have worked within numerous prestigious companies with outstanding leaders; the roles have attributed me with valuable knowledge not only within the sales processes but also within the SaaS industry and I am thrilled to apply this in my role at Reclaro.

My role as Head of Sales will allow me to personalise a bespoke and educational journey for our customers. This will truly help shape the future of the business and spread the word about our amazing brand, but more so put us at the forefront of OKR software.

Outside of work, family is everything. I am a very lucky wife and proud mum of 2 amazing grown-up ladies. I love to be challenged, and class every day as a school day… It keeps things interesting!
