Pete’s professional career started 22 years ago with senior management roles in retail. Pete has managed a large team of 300 people along with having P&L responsibility for a £30 million turnover business. Pete has also run his own retail business with a much smaller team. He has an MBA from Newcastle Business School, is a Certified Practitioner of NLP and is also an Ironman Triathlete and a UK Special Forces Race Competitor.
Pete is passionate about professional people achieving their potential. He spends his time supporting Chief Executives and Managing Directors in a range of businesses from startups to £340 million turnover organisations. He is experiencing brilliant business success by using the strategies he presents and coaches himself. He manages his time between his family, giving presentations, and his software business, Reclaro, and he still competes in endurance events with the UK Special Forces.

I recently hosted a Vistage CEO peer group meeting where our speaker for the morning was the enormously impressive Pete Wilkinson who shared his world-famous 1-3-5 Action Plan system. Like all the very best ideas, it is a simple system that is easy to use. It enables business leaders to formulate and execute their business plans at a faster pace. It enables people to focus on what they should be doing, to achieve their main objectives and realise their Vision for the business within a set timescale.
Each group member came away from the session with a draft Action Plan that they will take back and implement in their business. The feedback from these experienced and highly successful business leaders was the best I've heard in 6 years of group membership and they felt that this was the most valuable Vistage session they have experienced.
